The experts of the aircraft repair enterprise «Expert Motors» carried out an overhaul of the Lycoming IO-540 engine.

The engine from the Cessna 182 T aircraft was delivered for an overhaul after an abrupt halt of the engine as a result of an emergency landing (because of damaged gear leg).

The overhaul was carried out in accordance with the technological procedures of the Lycoming manufacturing plant.

During the overhaul, the engine was disassembled; parts were cleaned; crankcase, crankshaft, connecting rods, gears, etc. have been inspected for possible damage; parts are restored or replaced with new ones (in accordance with the standards).

The engine was assembled and passed the proof test.

All the necessary documents have been drawn up and issued.

Repair time: 3 months.
